All transactions on the 92jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 92jl does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or any form of digital asset or cryptocurrency.

92jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 92jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited.
You may request the closure of your 92jl account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 92jl will process any remaining eligible balance in your account to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
